Rediscovering me - Fat 2 Fit /Back

My wake up call was my friend Suresh who had reduced his body weight by altering his food habits. It was then that I realized my denial and I decided to make a permanent change.

When I was told about the Paleo Diet by Suresh, I was very skeptical & said to myself, this is another one of the blocks claiming it would reduce the fat. So in all humility, I said lemme try this one too.....

At the end of the First month (March 2017) I was able to walk continuously for 5-7 kms without gasping for breath...

Second Month (April 2017) Lost 9 Kgs & was able to do 15 Kms every day and more importantly I was able to do all my regular work with more energy. Kept saying to myself, where was this energy all these days....

Third Month (May 2017) - Started mixing regular prescribed paleo diet and intermittent fasting. Improved on the fasting(24 hrs - 36 hrs), as i didnt feel the need for having food. Shed away 6 kgs....

Fourth Month (June 2017) ... Went full on Veg Paleo..... Survived on Cucumber, Carrot, Onions & Paneer. Continued with 15 kms walking every day.... at the end of the month, I realised i have lost 8 kgs....

Fifth Month ( July 2017) - Having lost 23 Kgs by now & going strong on Paleo, decided to invest more on my health... hence bought a Road Bike ( Cycle).. started cycling and the very first week, had all energy to cycle 90 kms in less than 5 hrs. Lost 6 kgs and gained 10 years...(Rolled back 10 years of my age)... Also very thrilled and super excited to see my weighing scale displaying a 2 digit number.. No words to express my joy....

Sixth Month (August 2017)... Till date I haven't felt the need of switching back to the Carb meals... Am super happy to be having my Tandoor Chicken, Paneer, Badams, Veg Kheema Salad & Guava..... Today I cycle min 45 Kms every day and burn close to 1200 calories in the morning...

Happy to share with all my co paleo mates, that I have Lost 35 Kgs and today I am 91 Kgs.....

Everyday the first thing I do is to weigh myself and ensure that I lose 400 gms....

People who said, it's impossible..... I say it's Possible... all you need is the determination and the perseverance to see the change you want...
