Namaste! My name is Manoj Sundaram and I am OBSESSED with training the teaching community how to make their jobs more creative and relevant for 21st Century learners!
How did this become my life?
Well, in 2006, I was working as a Chief Business Officer for an UAE, Information & Communication Technology company . Living the Sales & Marketing Business life for more than 12 years was a beautiful adventure, but often left me feeling underutilized, under-paid, and creatively stifled. I was alone, I was isolated, and truly, I was miserable.
So, I started my new avatar of becoming a technology coach for the teaching community in hopes of starting an Train the 21st Century Teaching community. I had no ambitions of making it my full-time job. Heck, I wasn’t even aware it COULD be my full-time job.
But my Training sessions rapidly became my after-work obsession.
Between my strong passion and ridiculous commitment to trying new strategies and ideas, my training sessions took off. Eventually I launched a Company C3 Xperts and started providing end to end ICT Solutions to Education Institutions in South India, along with the Technology Coaching Sessions.
In 2010, we formed another Company C3 iT Xperts Pvt Ltd & I quit my job as a Sales Leader, moved back to full time Technology Coaching to help the teaching community to scale up their student learning outcomes. (and this is coming from someone with NO teaching experience previously).
Since then, my business has grown multifold because I’ve moved on to focus on educating the educator — teaching aspiring 21st Century teachers how to incorporate digital learning practices in their classrooms.
And soon after…my training sessions were oversubscribed.
Within three years of launching my Full time Technology Coaching, I had trained more than 15000 teachers in K-12 & High Education. Crazy, right?
And as of December 2019, the number of teachers who have got trained has crossed more than 50000.

With nearly 15 years of helping educators enhance their classrooms with innovative technology, I have learned to identify resources that are aligned to specific learning objectives, facilitate instruction for teachers, are highly engaging for students, and offer tremendous value to schools.
Through knowledge gained by continually monitoring the world of educational technology and listening to community feedback, I help PreK-12 schools implement innovative, cost-effective resources to enhance learning, engage students and empower educators.I am always happy to connect with educators to provide complimentary overviews and demonstrations conducted by knowledgeable product specialists.I am passionate about creating learning environments that empower all learners and help them to be prepared for Industry Revolution 5.0
Along with the Education Technology Consulting, I lead a team who are focussed on professional development programs for teachers which are available, in-person and online through workshops and coaching. We provide training and expert consultation on the use of technologies for educational use in a variety of settings such as face-to-face, blended, online including mobile and for use in reaching the 21st Century learners
When it comes to making sales calls, it is easy to allow fear, limiting beliefs, procrastination, and time management to stop you from achieving your sales goals. In my experience as a Top Executive, Sales Manager, and Sales Coach, I find that if most people just followed up and set the appointment, they would close more sales.
I know what it feels like to get in your own way. When I first started out in sales in 1996, I was deeply afraid of making sales calls. It took everything I had just to pick up the phone.
I realized that when I focused on being a mere salesman in the sales process, I got out of the way. When I focused on what was best for my client, and not my fear of selling, more sales closed. When I discovered how to easily set the appointment and offer solutions to my prospects by “selling in the gap,” I closed more sales.

After a long stint of (20 years) of sedentary corporate life, without actually taking care of myself and combined with years of bad eating habits and no exercise, I decided to lose weight once and for all. "I was always a Obese guy for about 15 years and never thought of becoming absolutely thin or fit. On top of it, I was an anti-diet person as I believed that I should eat all kinds of food as every food offers its own health benefits.
There was no a-ha moment when cycling appeared to me as an ideal fix. I simply needed to lose weight, and with my massive weight, I realized that bicycling was my best shot, as it would be easy on my knees. With no further delay, I bought a roadie (road bike) and started pedaling with only one goal to lose weight.
Little did i know that Cycling early in the morning (4:00 AM) would turn out to be the most important activity of my day. Started with 20 Kms/day and then slowly increased to 50Kms/day and on the weekends 100 kms. Today I have went on complete the Super Randonneur Title ( A lifelong title awarded by Audax Club Parisen to a cyclist who completes 200, 300, 400 & 600 Kms in one Randonneuring year)
In the process of becoming a Super Randonneur, I lost 60 Kgs. “It makes me feel better than watching TV does.”
I ride to make memories. I ride to overcome my fears. while cycling, happy chemicals like serotonin and dopamine, which cause euphoria and pain relief, are being released into your bloodstream.Though individual rides are fun too, the best part of the sport arrives when you ride with your friends.Riding with other people is one of the best things about cycling.
